Facilities include:
* Main lodge (50' x 20' with kitchen and dining/activity area, includes electricity, wood burning fireplace, 2 fridges (1 with freezer), gas range with oven, hot & cold running water (safe for drinking), tables & chairs, outfitted kitchen).  Lodge is not insulated.
* Four cabins (each cabin has bunks for 8, with no mattresses, no electricity).  
* Toilets (one flush, one 4-season).
* Outdoor handwashing station

Attractions:
* Property is 3 acres, on the waterfront.  
* Sunken Lake is approximately 1km long and safe for swimming.  
* Lake is excellent for canoeing (canoes provided), swimming and sail instruction.  Renting groups would be responsible for providing instructors and supervision, and sailing equipment.
* Several trails are available in the area.
