Welcome to the registration page for Camp Byng summer camp!

Overnight

Overnight camp is for youth ages 9-14 and runs from Monday morning and concludes Friday afternoon. Arrival/ Departure via BC Ferries will be communicated closer to the start of camp. All food and snacks are provided for the duration of your child’s stay at camp. They will spend the week in our village accommodations. 

Price: Scouts Canada Members: 500.00/week  l   Non Scouts Canada Members: 525.00/week

At Camp Byng, campers will get to participate in a wide range of activities including: archery, swimming, crafts, campfires, low ropes, team building, scout craft, emergency skills, pioneering, astronomy, and more!

Cancellation Policy
All Registrations: 100% payment will be required at the time of booking.* Request to cancel registrations with more than 4 weeks' notice: 80% of payment will be refunded. Request to transfer registrations with more than 4 weeks’ notice: 100% of payment can be transferred to another registration. Request to cancel registrations with less than 4 week's notice but more than 2 weeks' notice: 50% of the total payment is refundable. Request to cancel registrations with less than 2 weeks' notice: No refunds will be issued. Should Scouts Canada be required to cancel any registration due to extenuating circumstances: We will transfer 100% payment to another week at camp or refund 92% of total payments received. Scouts Canada reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. *All Convenience fees paid are non-refundable **Phone messages to cancel registrations will not be accepted.
