Welcome to the registration page for Camp Buchan summer camp!

Day Camp Program

Day Camp is for all youth ages 5-12. Daily drop off from 8:30am to 9:00am and pick up from 4:00 to 4:30pm. An extended care option is available for families to sign up for. You can choose drop off as early as 8:00 am and/or pick up as late as 5:00pm. This service is available for $25.00 per week. 

Price: Scouts Canada Members: 250.00/week  l   Non Scouts Canada Members: 275.00/week

The program runs Monday to Friday with Thursday night being an optional campfire dinner. Youth must bring their lunch each day. Our program aims to provide youth with an amazing outdoor adventure that allows youth to gain new skills, meet new friends and make lasting memories. 

At Camp Buchan campers will get to participate in a wide range of activities including: canoeing, swimming, crafts, campfires, leadership, cooking, team work, emergency skills, pioneering, astronomy, and more!

Cancellation Policy
All Registrations: 100% payment will be required at the time of booking.* Request to cancel registrations with more than 4 weeks' notice: 80% of payment will be refunded. Request to transfer registrations with more than 4 weeks’ notice: 100% of payment can be transferred to another registration. Request to cancel registrations with less than 4 week's notice but more than 2 weeks' notice: 50% of the total payment is refundable. Request to cancel registrations with less than 2 weeks' notice: No refunds will be issued. Should Scouts Canada be required to cancel any registration due to extenuating circumstances: We will transfer 100% payment to another week at camp or refund 92% of total payments received. Scouts Canada reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. *All Convenience fees paid are non-refundable **Phone messages to cancel registrations will not be accepted.
