Camp Sheldrick's 40th Anniversary!
Hey Campers!
Camp Sheldrick is celebrating its 40th year operating with Scouts Canada and partner the South Nation Conservation Authority. It is a great venue for youth camping in the North Dundas Community and Scouting and Guiding of Easter Ontario.
We're inviting everyone - Scouting, Non-Scouting, and the General Public - to come by the camp on Saturday, September 28, 2024, and celebrate with us.
We will be hosting a BBQ Lunch and cake for everyone who comes to visit for the day. During your visit, you can take part in the activities we will be offering and give you a chance to talk to our Volunteers who take care of the property.
In the evening will also be offering for Scouting members and Girl Guide members to stay overnight for a great evening of night games, and a campfire under the night sky.
To register please fill out the form and we will keep you up to date on the event. The fee is $5.00 per person. All registration fees go directly to the camp.
The event starts at 11 am for everyone and will run until 2 pm for the general public.
Feel free to come out and visit the camp and meet the volunteers who take care of the camp, play some of the activities we will be offering, and catch up on the old memories when you came to the camp as a youth. If interested in joining Scouts Canada programs this will be a great time to stop by and see what we have to offer.
