Scouter Kick Off - Vancouver Island

Saturday October 21st at 9 am – 9 pm 

 

This one-day Scouter Kick Off on October 21st at Goldstream Provincial Park (upper group site) promises to be an exciting and engaging opportunity for both Scouters and youth passionate about Scouting. It will provide a fun-filled environment where everyone can bond over shared interests, learn valuable Scouting skills, and build lasting connections. Through a range of activities and adventures, this camp will foster teamwork, leadership, making it an unforgettable experience for all involved!

Sessions include:

  • Scouting spirit
  • Campfires
  • Budgeting for Adventures
  • Games and Gathering Activities
  • Inclusivity

Want to camp? We have the site reserved for the weekend so there will be opportunities to arrive on Friday and/or stay until Sunday.

$25 for the day includes lunch and dinner plus all sessions 

Additional $10/night includes breakfast

Not available for the whole day but don't want to miss out on the fun?  Join us for dinner and campfire on Saturday night!

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Booking cancelled with 2-3 weeks notice: Full payment will be refunded with the convenience fee subtracted from the total reimbursed. Booking cancelled with 1 week notice: 50% of total payment is refundable with the convenience fee subtracted from the total reimbursed. Booking cancelled with less than 1 week notice: No refunds. PLEASE NOTE: All cancellations must be done in writing and e-mailed to Becca Stephen: becca.stephen@scouts.ca All refunds will be processed through the booking system and will take approximately 2-5 business days to be credited to your original method of payment . **Phone messages will not be accepted as notice of your cancellation. ** Scouts Canada reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time.
