Welcome to the registration page for Camp McLean Summer Day Camp!

Summer Day Camp 2024 is now full - we hope to see you next summer!

Day Camp

Day Camp is for youth ages 5-11 who would have started Kindergarten to Grade 5 in September, 2023. Camp runs from 9:00am-5:00pm and Youth must bring their lunch each day. 

An extended care option is available for families that choose to drop off as early as 8:00 am and/or pick up as late as 6:00pm. This service is available for $30.00 per week. 

At Camp McLean campers will participate in a wide range of activities including: canoeing, swimming, campfires, leadership skills, team building, scoutcraft, shelter building, emergency skills, woodworking and more!

Packing List

  • Lunch two snacks (peanut-free)
  • Sunscreen
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Hat
  • Running shoes
  • Extra clothes & socks (just in case)
  • Swimsuit & towel
  • Lifejacket (optional)
  • Rainy day gear (if applicable)
  • Bug spray

Cancellation Policy
All Registrations: 100% payment will be required at the time of booking.* Request to cancel registrations with more than 4 weeks' notice: 80% of payment will be refunded. Request to transfer registrations with more than 4 weeks’ notice: 100% of payment can be transferred to another registration. Request to cancel registrations with less than 4 week's notice but more than 2 weeks' notice: 50% of the total payment is refundable. Request to cancel registrations with less than 2 weeks' notice: No refunds will be issued. Should Scouts Canada be required to cancel any registration due to extenuating circumstances: We will transfer 100% payment to another week at camp or refund 92% of total payments received. Scouts Canada reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. *All Convenience fees paid are non-refundable **Phone messages to cancel registrations will not be accepted.
