Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Booking cancelled with 2-3 weeks notice: Full payment will be refunded with the convenience fee subtracted from the total reimbursed. Booking cancelled with 1 week notice: 50% of total payment is refundable with the convenience fee subtracted from the total reimbursed. Booking cancelled with less than 1 week notice: No refunds. PLEASE NOTE: All cancellations must be done in writing and e-mailed to Marc Chamberland ; mchamberland@scouts.ca All refunds will be processed through the booking system and will take approximately 2-5 business days to be credited to your original method of payment . **Phone messages will not be accepted as notice of your cancellation. ** Scouts Canada reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time.
