2024 brings an exciting year for the Beaver’s across the country. They are celebrating their 50th birthday of when Beavers were rolled out across the country.

The cost is $50 per Beaver, which includes the swag bag and merchandise mentioned below. Scouters may pay the same price to ensure they also receive the swag bag, t-shirt, and hat, or a reduced fee of $35 without that amazing gear. If you Colony would like parents to attend, their cost will be $35, but will not include the swag bag or merchandise.
This event is open to Beavers attending with their Colony. No individual registrants allowed, other than individual OOS, who will have a reduced cost of $30.
Let’s get this party started with activity stations and a country wide campfire. Come join us for the once in a lifetime party! We’ll be holding it at the Beckwith Recreation Complex from approximately 10:00am to 3:00pm – the exact schedule will be communicated closer to the event.
We’ll have an amazing a swag bag for the youth, and a t-shirt and crest for every person who registers with the swag/merch option. Please poll your group for shirt sizes, as you’ll need to enter the quantity of each size when registering.
The event will also include transportation from a hub in major areas on a school bus, both to minimize traffic at the event and make it more convenient for parents/guardians. Exact bussing locations will be communicated closer to the event. Attendees who are traveling from further away will have earlier pickup times but given priority bus departures to get you on the road.
Each person is to bring their own food and drinks, however bagged lunches are available as an option. During registration we’ll need to know how many lunches you will require, however we’ll provide you with the ability to choose sandwich types closer to the event. Although we will offer a vegetarian option, we cannot guarantee gluten free or accommodate all allergies.
All colonies attending are required to bring an approved adventure application form from their Group Commissioner (it can be on your phone, preferably using Scouts Tracker) and a list of all attendees. (Attendance form attached). All Scouts Canada members must be active to attend, and each Colony will bring their first aiders with them. Colonies which are unable to show an approved AAF will be denied boarding.
