SCOUTER SKILLS AND SNOW MUCH MORE

AT CAMP Wildman Saturday May 6th, 2023

8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

 

Spring is finally here! And youth across the country are excited to get back to cold-weather adventure! For youth and Scouters alike, Scouting is a great opportunity to get outside and share merry adventures to make the most of the snowy season.  Come discover how to keep the OUT in Scouting during the WINTER. The morning will be spent exploring activities and games for your youth to enjoy in the Winter. We’ll unravel some of the mysteries of the outdoors and get you ready for Sno-much adventures! Come network and connect with other Scouters to explore seasonal considerations; learn ways to stay warm with shelter building and fires; share games & activities and more! 

Come for the day and learn how to enjoy all Scouting no matter the weather!
Camping is available Friday or Saturday or both for additional $5 per night

  Who should attend?

Scouters and youth who are gearing up for Winter Adventures 

  • Potential Volunteers and Interested Parents are welcome! 

  • **Scouters with registered youth are encouraged to bring their youth to enjoy the day.

  •  

 

Registration Fee for the Day: $10

*Coffee, tea, and individually packaged snacks will be provided. Please provide your own bagged lunch, mug, and camping chair. Please ensure all items are personally labelled as there may be identical items on site. We will be outside so please dress for the weather even if it is a day of liquid or crystal sunshine! 

*Please note that registration fee does not include convenience fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY PLEASE NOTE: All cancellations must be done in writing and received before February 25th and e-mailed to Consuela St. John: consuela.stjohn@scouts.ca All refunds will be processed through the booking system and will take approximately 2-5 business days to be credited to your original method of payment .
