School, Not-For-Profit and 3rd Party Groups:  Are required to sign a contract and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming 'Scouts Canada' as an additional insured on a Comprehensive General Liability insurance policy in force during the period of use in an amount of not less than $2,000,000.  Such Certificate is required to show any exclusions contained in the policy.
