Welcome to Camp McLean!

If you are a 3rd party, like-minded organization and would like to create a booking with Camp McLean, you will be required to submit a valid Certificate of Liability Insurance from your provider once your booking has been completed. We will also issue you a contract which will need to be signed and returned to our team within 72 hours prior to your reservation arrival date/time

(Girl Guides of Canada groups are exempt from the above noted requirements).

Please Note:

Some seating is available on some of the sites, however we recommend that users bring their own camp chairs

*Effective March 15, 2023, Camp Mclean, will be accepting bookings up to 1 year in advance on a rolling schedule automatically. The cancellation policy terms and conditions remain in effect.

Request to cancel a booking with more than 4 weeks' notice: 20% non-refundable deposit can be transferred to a new booking within the same fiscal year - September 1st to August 31st. (the 20% deposit can not be transferred to a pre-existing booking)

To create your booking with Camp Mclean, please follow the steps provided below:

1. Select desired item from the Category menu. 
2. If inquiring for Weeknight Overnight availability, please select the number of nights from the duration dropdown before choosing the arrival date form the calendar.
3. If inquiring for a Weekend Overnight please select a Friday arrival date to generate availability.[Weekend Overnight bookings are based on a minimum 2 night stay, from Friday arrival to Sunday departure].
4. Upon completing these steps, you will see which assets are currently available with applicable pricing and capacity numbers.
5. Click on “Reserve” to add preference[s] to your cart [various items/facilities and dates can be added to the same cart]
6. Kindly proceed to the checkout and complete the transaction accordingly!
