Schools, Not-For-Profit groups and other like-minded 3rd party organizations [not including Girl Guides] are required to sign a contract provided by our team, and submit a valid Certificate of Insurance naming Scouts Canada as an additional insured on a Comprehensive General Liability insurance policy in force during the period of use in an amount of not less than $2,000,000, such Certificate is required to show any exclusions contained in the policy. 

***The above noted documentation must be provided to our team within 72 hours prior to the reservation arrival date/time, or booking will be subject to cancellation.***

Camp Barnard Crests are now available for purchase! To add Crests to your booking, please complete the required form through the reservation process.

*Effective March 15, 2023, Camp Barnard, will be accepting bookings up to 1 year in advance on a rolling schedule automatically.

Please note that the cancellation policy terms and conditions remain in effect.

Request to cancel a booking with more than 4 weeks' notice: 20% non-refundable deposit can be transferred to a new booking within the same fiscal year - September 1st to August 31st. (the 20% deposit can not be transferred to a pre-existing booking)
