Welcome to Otter Lake (ON) Scout Camp!
*Effective March 17,2023, Camp Otter Lake (ON) Scout Camp, will be accepting bookings up to 1 year in advance on a rolling schedule automatically.
Please note that the cancellation policy terms and conditions remain in effect.
Request to cancel a booking with more than 4 weeks' notice: 20% non-refundable deposit can be transferred to a new booking within the same fiscal year - September 1st to August 31st. (the 20% deposit can not be transferred to a pre-existing booking)
Please note: If you are a 3rd party organization and would like to book Otter Lake Scout Camp, you will be required to submit a valid certificate of insurance from your provider once your booking has been submitted. We will also issue you a contract that will need to be completed and return to us prior to your arrival date.
(Girl Guides of Canada groups are exempt from the above noted requirements)

How to complete your online reservation:
1. scroll down the page and select the category -Day Use, Overnight Use or Programs,
2. change the calendar to the month you would like to go to Otter Lake
3. click on the arrival date (ie: Friday, October 11, 2024)
4. if you have selected "Overnight Use", select the duration, 1 night, 2 nights etc.
5. click on "reserve" and add the site/that works best for your group
6. once you've added all of the sites or programs your group requires to the shopping basket, proceed through the checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Visa Debit as forms of payment.
**please note that all reservations must be completed online 3 days or more, in advance of the arrival date.
