Welcome to Pierce Park Scout Camp!

Pierce Park is a wilderness camp, situated on roughly 50 acres of woodland on Sunday Lake, Yarmouth County. Facilities include 3 shelters, a 50 feet by 30 foot lodge with wood stove, winterize cabin with 6 bunks and a wood stove as well as gazebo with a wood stove. This property has wonderful cell reception and is a great place to camp.

Please note: If you are a like-minded 3rd party organization and would like to book Pierce Park, you will be required to submit a valid Certificate of Insurance from your provider which includes a minimum $2 million dollar liability naming Scouts Canada as an additional insured, once your booking has been submitted. We will also issue a contract which must be fully signed and returned to our team within 72 hours of the reservation arrival date/time.
(Girl Guides of Canada Groups are exempt from this requirement)
*Effective March 17,2023, Pierce Park Scout Camp, will be accepting bookings up to 1 year in advance on a rolling schedule automatically.
Please note that the Scouts Canada Property Cancellation Policy terms and conditions remain in effect.
Bookings transferred with more than 4 weeks' notice: 20% non-refundable deposit can be transferred to another booking within the same fiscal year - September 1st to August 31st.
