Welcome to Camp Wheeler!
Camp Wheeler is located in beautiful Algonquin Highlands, ON, with 7 beautiful acres nestled amongst large pine and boasts a large waterfront.
This wonderful property has 2 tent sites, 4 waterfront cabins, 4 bush cabins, a large fully equipped dining hall and a 5 room lodge with electricity. Additionally, there are two swimming areas, a shower house, laundry facilities, a designated sports field and archery area. There is also a Chapel among the pines, two campfire circles, fishing from the shore and a lakeside flagpole.
****Canoes, rowboats, and kayaks are available as rentals***

THIRD PARTY, LIKE-MINDED ORGANIZATIONS:
If you are a third party, like-minded organization and are interested in reserving Camp Wheeler, please note that you will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance naming Scouts Canada as an additional insured on a Comprehensive General Liability insurance policy in force, valid for the full duration of the rental period, in an amount no lesser than $2,000,000; such certificate is required to show any exclusions contained in the policy.
You will also be required to sign a third party rental contract which will be provided to you upon completion of your reservation.
(Girl Guides of Canada groups are exempt from the above noted requirements)

CAMP WHEELER RESERVATIONS:
*Effective March 17,2023, Camp Wheeler, will be accepting bookings within up to 1 year in advance on a rolling schedule automatically.*
All reservations with Camp Wheeler are based on a required (minimum) 2 night stay, and must be created within at minimum 21 days prior to the desired arrival date
**Please note that Camp Wheeler is open to accept reservations between June 1 and October 1.
