Welcome to Camp Hiawatha!
Camp Hiawatha is situated on 22 acre property on Lower Lake Sixty, Annapolis County. The wilderness camp has 8 cabins, Kitchen/dining hall, craft hall, Chapel area and easy beach/lake access. Open field for activities, the lake is just the right size for paddling and our Acadian forest for camping, exploring and more.
*Effective March 15, 2023, Camp Hiawatha, will be accepting bookings up to 1 year in advance on a rolling schedule automatically.
Please note that the cancellation policy terms and conditions remain in effect.
Bookings transferred with more than 4 weeks' notice: 20% non-refundable deposit can be transferred to another booking within the same fiscal year - September 1st to August 31st.
****Camp Hiawatha is now accepting bookings for 3rd party organizations!****
If you are a third party, like-minded organization, please note that you will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance naming Scouts Canada as an additional insured on a Comprehensive General Liability insurance policy in force, valid for the full duration of the rental period, in an amount no lesser than $2,000,000; such certificate is required to show any exclusions contained in the policy.
You will also be required to sign a third party rental contract which will be provided to you upon completion of your reservation.
(Girl Guides of Canada groups are exempt from the above noted requirements)
