If you are a 3rd party like-minded organization and would like to book Terry Leggett Hall, upon completion of your booking, you will be required to submit a valid Certificate of Insurance naming Scouts Canada as an additional insured on a Comprehensive General Liability insurance policy in force, valid for the duration of usage, in an amount no lesser than $2,000,000.

3rd party organizations will also be required to sign a rental contract which must be completed and returned to our team within 72 hours prior to the reservation arrival date/time.

(Girl Guides of Canada groups are exempt from these above noted requirements.)

*Effective March 17, 2023, Camp Terry Leggett Hall, will be accepting bookings up to 1 year in advance on a rolling schedule automatically.

Please note that the cancellation policy terms and conditions remain in effect.

Request to cancel a booking with more than 4 weeks' notice: 20% non-refundable deposit can be transferred to a new booking within the same fiscal year - September 1st to August 31st. (the 20% deposit can not be transferred to a pre-existing booking)
