Welcome to Camp Barber!
Barber Memorial Scout Camp consists of wooded areas and fields. It is adjacent to the Eramosa River, and provides excellent canoe launching. The main field camping area regularly accommodates 10 groups in addition to the wooded campsites & adirondacks. The camp regularly plays host to 200 campers, in all seasons. With close access to many trails, it is an ideal camping spot for Scouts of all ages.

- Cuscoro Lodge – 24 Youth with bunks, indoor toilets, basins, no showers, kitchen, drinking water (City of Guelph), 2 adult bunk rooms
- 3 adirondacks
- Picnic shelter

*Effective March 15,2023 , Camp Barber, will be accepting bookings up to 1 year in advance on a rolling schedule automatically.
Please note that the cancellation policy terms and conditions remain in effect.
Bookings transferred with more than 4 weeks' notice: 20% non-refundable deposit can be transferred to another booking within the same fiscal year - September 1st to August 31st.
***We are not permitted to rent out our Camps for personal use of any kind. Ie: weddings, anniversaries, reunions, baby/bridal showers, photo shoots etc...

3RD PARTY, LIKE-MINDED ORGANIZATIONS - PLEASE NOTE:
If you are a third party, like-minded organization and are interested in reserving Camp Barber, please note that you will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance naming Scouts Canada as an additional insured on a Comprehensive General Liability insurance policy in force, valid for the full duration of the rental period, in an amount no lesser than $2,000,000; such certificate is required to show any exclusions contained in the policy.
You will also be required to sign a third party rental contract which will be provided to you upon completion of your reservation.
(Girl Guides of Canada groups are exempt from the above noted requirements)
**** Please note Weekend Overnight bookings are based on a minimum 2 night stay, from Friday arrival to Sunday departure ****
To create your booking with Camp Barber, please follow the steps outlined below
1. Scroll down the page slightly to locate the facility calendar
2. Select desired item from the Category dropdown menu before selecting the arrival date from the calendar
3. If inquiring for a Weekend Overnight (Fri-Sun) booking, please select a Friday arrival to generate availability
3. Upon completing these steps, you will see which assets are available with applicable pricing and capacity numbers
4. Select the Reserve button to add preferences to your cart
5. Kindly proceed through the checkout process!
