Welcome to Spencer Park and Bryson Camp Centre!
Spencer Park was built along the banks of the Thames River in the country north of London. The city has since grown up around it. The camp includes the Bryson Camp Centre which is a year-round cabin facility for youth and adults! Spencer Park offers four tent campsites, six Adirondacks, campfire pits and access to a variety of trails, including the walking and biking path network for the City of London.
Please note: If you are booking as part of a 3rd party like-minded organization, you will be required to submit a valid certificate of insurance from your provider once your booking has been received. We will also issue you a contract that will need to be completed and return to us prior to you arrival date. (Girl Guides of Canada groups are exempt from this requirement.)
***We are not permitted to rent out our Camps for personal use of any kind. ie: weddings/receptions, anniversaries, baby/bridal showers, photo shoots etc...
**All weekend bookings are based on a minimum 2 night stay, Friday 5pm arrival and Sunday 2pm departure and all bookings must be made 3 days or more in advance of arrival.
To make a booking, change the category to the desired option, change the calendar to the month and click on the arrival date. For overnight options, you will also need to change the duration to the number of nights. From there, you will see what is available to reserve to your cart. Once you have reserved everything your group requires, please proceed to the check out. If you would like to make a booking for a long weekend, first select the regular weekend date and add the site to your cart, then change the category to overnight to add the extra Thursday or Sunday to your cart (don't forget to change the duration to 1). Once everything is added to your cart, you can proceed to the checkout.
*Effective March 17, 2023, Spencer Park and Bryson Camp Centre, will be accepting bookings up to 1 year in advance on a rolling schedule automatically.
Please note that the cancellation policy terms and conditions remain in effect.
Request to cancel a booking with more than 4 weeks' notice: 20% non-refundable deposit can be transferred to a new booking within the same fiscal year - September 1st to August 31st. (the 20% deposit can not be transferred to a pre-existing booking)
All bookings must be made in the booking system 3 days or more before arrival date.
