Welcome to Morris Valley Scout Camp!

This beautiful wilderness camp offers cabin accommodations for up to 30 people and tenting sites for 100 people. There is a nice formal campfire area including two composting toilets onsite. Weaver Lake is close by and has a launching area for canoeing!

Morris Valley Scout Camp also has a cooking/dining cabin with a "bring your own propane" [20lb tank or larger] stove with oven, grill and four burners; there is also a refrigerator/freezer. The dining area has tables, benches and a wood stove.
The sleeping cabin has bunks suitable for 20 people, benches for sitting, and lots of floor space in the main room. There is a large airtight wood stove which generates ample heat as well. There are two rooms at the rear of the cabin which sleep approximately four people each.

****WINTER BOOKINGS****
For winter bookings, please remember that this is a wilderness camp. If there is lots of snow in the valley, the driveway may not be accessible for groups. Therefore, we ask to please come prepared with plenty of shovels and snowshoes in order to access the lodge and bunkhouse.

**** Please note that all bookings with Morris Valley Scout Camp must be made within a minimum 7 days prior to the desired arrival date****
Weekend Overnight bookings are based on a required 2 night stay, from Friday arrival to Sunday departure
To create your booking with Morris Valley, please follow the steps outlined below
1. Select applicable option from the Category dropdown menu, then select desired number of nights from the Duration menu
2. From there, please click on the preferred arrival date from the facility calendar to generate availability. [If inquiring for a Weekend Overnight (Fri-Sun) booking, please select a Friday arrival]
3. Upon completing these steps, you will see which assets are available with applicable pricing and capacity numbers
4. Select the Reserve button to add preferences to your cart
5. Kindly proceed through the checkout process!
To view additional information for each facility, please select the "More..." option within each asset in the facility calendar list
3RD PARTY, LIKE-MINDED ORGANIZATIONS:
If you are a third party, like-minded organization and are interested in reserving Camp Morristown, please note that you will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance naming Scouts Canada as an additional insured on a Comprehensive General Liability insurance policy in force, valid for the full duration of the rental period, in an amount no lesser than $2,000,000; such certificate is required to show any exclusions contained in the policy.
You will also be required to sign a third party rental contract which will be provided to you upon completion of your reservation.
(Girl Guides of Canada groups are exempt from the above noted requirements)

Reservations with Morris Valley Scout Camp may be created within one year in advance on a rolling schedule automatically.
The Scouts Canada Cancellation Policy terms and conditions will remain in effect.
Bookings transferred with more than 4 weeks' notice: 20% non-refundable deposit can be transferred to another booking within the same fiscal year - September 1st to August 31st.
