Chinook C4 Group Laser Tag and Round Tables WITH PIZZA

Ventures: 3:15pm to 6:30pm OR 5:30pm to 8pm (please see details below)

Rovers: 7:00pm to 9:30pm

Cost: $10 per youth

Come out to the VERY FIRST event with the Chinook C4 Group (Chinook Council Company and Crew). The C4 Group is an initiative to connect Venturers and Rovers, while also maintaining their registration in their home groups. 

This evening will consist of a short meeting to get to know one another and share ideas for future events and adventures, as well as 90 minutes of tactical laser tag. What would you like to see the C4 Group start to organize? Maybe a social camp or a Grizzly Den adventure? Bring all of your ideas and opinions!

Update to Venturer Sessions: We have nearly sold out the original Venturer session starting at 5:30pm (a couple of spots might still remain), so we have added an extra, earlier laser tag time slot. One group will play first, then all Vents will meet together, after which the second group will play. Please take note of which time you are registering for.

Youth may register individually or as a Group. Scouters are not required to attend, but are welcome to participate in the round table discussion at no cost. Please register so that we have accurate numbers for food. Scouters may also pay and register to join laser tag, but spaces will be held for youth participants first. (If a Scouter registers for laser tag and the spot is given to a youth member, a refund will be provided.) 

Please only register if you plan to attend as space is limited. Registration is first come, first served. Registration deadline is Wednesday, February 4th, and no refunds will be provided after this date.
